We are currently despatching all orders on time, but there may be significant delivery delays from Australia Post and the Couriers we use due to limited flights, social distancing requirements and a substantial increase in parcel volumes as more people shop online.
These delays mean that Australia Post are temporarily suspending the Express Post guarantee of next day delivery as they are unable to commit to this timeframe. Express Post is still available but parcels may not be delivered next business day every time.

For all standard sized items, we can deliver your goods to your home, workplace, PO Box or Parcel Locker.
If you are concerned about not being home when your parcel arrives, then it would be ideal to use an Australia Post free 24/7 Parcel Locker. No more missed deliveries. Collect your parcels where and when it suits you – day or night.
You can register for multiple Parcel Lockers at locations convenient to you. There are 600 locations nationwide, including at selected train stations, petrol stations, 7-Eleven stores and Woolworths stores.
Please note: Bulky Goods require a physical address for delivery, as we are unable to ship bulky items to a PO Box or Parcel Locker.
We offer Free Shipping for orders over $150 (excludes bulky goods).
For orders under $150, we offer a flat rate $8.95 delivery fee for standard post.

Due to the size of a few items such as the Strucket, Prams, Cots and other furniture items there is a bulky shipping charge which is calculated at checkout based on your state. This will automatically be added to your cart at checkout once you enter your address details.

- Pre-orders are to be paid for at the time of the order being placed and will be shipped as close as possible to the date provided
- The date provided is an estimated date and your order may arrive earlier or later than anticipated.
