As soon as your order has been despatched, we will email you with the tracking details. Please be sure to check your spam folder or promotions folder, as our emails sometimes end up there.


Is your packaging eco friendly?

Yes, we use recycled outer boxes and recycled kraft paper void fill. Even our thank you note is recycled kraft card!


Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes!  We offer gift wrapping and a gift card.  We only use environmentally sustainable wrapping paper and cards.  Just add this gift wrapping listing to you cart

Do you price match?

In most cases, yes we can. Please contact our friendly customer service team and we will respond to you promptly.


Do you send tracking notifications?

Yes, you will receive tracking details once your parcel has been despatched. We use Australia Post and a variety of couriers to send your parcels.


Who do I contact if my order has not arrived yet?

You can check the status of your parcel using the Australia Post or Courier tracking number emailed to you.

How to track your parcel with Australia Post:

1. We will email you a tracking number for your parcel in your shipment confirmation email

2. Enter this tracking number at https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search
